DELIVERY METHODS AND SHIPPING COSTS
You can choose from the following alternative delivery methods: Home delivery with GLS courier The standard shipping costs amount to € 4.99 FREE for orders over € 79.99. Delivery at our Store in Naples, Via Diaz 36. Shipping costs are FREE. The collection in the shop provides for the collection of the package directly at our store, where you will be asked for the email received confirmation of order and an identity document. International shipping to Europe by courier Ups Standard shipping costs amount to € 9.99. DELIVERY TIME Home delivery with GLS courier Standard shipping: 1 to 3 working days from the date of shipment of the goods *. Express shipping: 1 to 2 working days from the date of shipment of the goods *. Not provided In exceptional cases, waiting time may be longer. Spazio Retail S.r.l. will not be responsible for any delay. * Delivery is only on working days. For islands and some areas considered remote, the minimum delivery time is 48h. RULES AND RESTRICTIONS FOR SHIPMENTS
Orders are shipped only on working days. The working days go from Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays in Italy. 1. No deliveries are made to the post office boxes. 2. No time can be agreed for the collection of the goods. 3. All deliveries must be signed upon receipt. 4. Shipping costs for returned products will NOT be reimbursed. Delivery times will be extended for 2/3 working days for products ordered during the sales and Christmas period. TRACE THE ORDER
You can track your order by accessing the Order History on the "My Account" page. Go to the details of the order you wish to track down and click on the reference number in the "Details" column. You will be redirected to the courier's shipping website, where you will find the most up-to-date information available. Note that you will not be able to track your order via the web until the carrier has updated his system with the information for the location of your order. It is therefore possible that on the first day after confirming the order, even if in possession of the link for the location, the information is not available. However, normally the courier will update their information within one business day from the moment you receive the link, so if you do not find them then try again later.
If you do not receive the goods within 10 working days from the shipping confirmation e-mail, please inform our customer service here.
Do you want to return a product? No problem. You can return any product within 14 days of receiving the order by specifying the reason through the order section of your account. If you want to change it with a different size or color, return your product, , without wear or use it, and create a new order.
You do not need to inform us of your return, as long as you complete the form and insert it in the package that you send back to us at your expense. We will refund the price you paid through a voucher or a credit (shipping costs are not included). Returned items are under your responsibility until you reach our warehouse, so make sure they are packaged the right way and that they are not damaged during transport! All objects will be inspected upon return. We try to accept all returns: you can use different packaging for the return. In case the returned item is no longer suitable for our standards we will send it back. We are not responsible for items returned by mistake. Make sure you use a postal service that ensures the value of the goods or that has traceability.
If you did buy with as a guest (not registered user) you should send us an email to email@example.com or use the contact module on https://rushitaly.com/en/contact-us containing the order number, the product you want to return and why you want to give it back.
